Title: How to remove Restaurant Department in version 2.99?

I would like to remove Restaurant department because I will use only Take Away feature. How Could I do it? I tried but I get always "Can't delete because this department assigned to a User Role". When I go to the user role I can't delete it or either modify the Restaurant department.

Change the department of the User "Admin" or any other user which has department set as the department to be removed.

I mentioned I cannot change the Restaurant department in User Role for Admin.

create a new department for fast food
log out and log in.

got to Role List and change the department for admin.
