Title: New V3 Tutorial [Foreign Currencies]

Hello. Sorry for not being active in forums in this week. I'm working on V3 to be able to reach it to Beta state.

I'll start writing some tutorials about new V3 features. You can read our first complete tutorial here:

New V3 accounting infrastructure helps us creating such crazy features. I'll keep writing about new features. You can also ask for tutorials about things seems mysterious on V3.

Excellent! what I want to know, once in v3 and install a new update the database is initialized or remains the same?
