Title: Kitchen Print is not working

this Error is coming :

--> INDEX WAS OUTSIDE THE BOUNDS OF THE ARRAY

Does error report dialog displays?
Please click SEND button for submitting the error report.
Alternatively you can copy & paste error report from "Detailed" tab screen.

Razi. Thank you for helping us on finding the issue.
It seems that happens because of the single minus (-) char at the end of the footer template.
Removing it will solve your problem.

still same mistake - i deleted the ( - ) from the footer
