How to migrate data from Version 2.9 to 3.0 sambapos?

Hi

Currently am using version2.9 of sambapos but i want to upgrade to vesion 3.0 .Am having my database for 2.9 ,is there any way i can migrate or update my database to work for 3.0? Urgent.

At present there is no migration tool for V2 to V3.

V3 is still in Beta, and therefore is not officially production ready.

So will it be possible  to have a migration from 2.9 to 3.0 version later ?Currently am using version 2.9 and i really want to use version 3.0 but not at the cost of losing my data which already am working on ....:(

Yes there will be a migration tool so you can upgrade from V2 to V3.

No, there is no release date for the migration tool as yet.
