Tendered & Change Due

So I'm thinking I should start writing a new Quick Refernece Guide for V3.

Then it occurred to me, why don't we have Tendered and Change Due printer tags. This is one of the first configuration that gets setup in a new system.

Can these be built into the code?

Maybe we can create a default install template for it when I finish template import feature. I generally do not prefer adding new code for features that already can be done with existing features. For example in Turkey nobody uses this feature because they give cash register printout after settle. Making it default for them means storing unnecessary data.
