Cash Drawer - Account Customers - Payment Not working

Please assist,

I have customer accounts which have balances in then however if I try to clear with in cash drawer by selecting the account it does not bring up payment screen.

Solved...apparenlty if you do not put a tele[phone number it does not activate settling account VIA cash drawer..I wish there was customer number instead though!
