Reports Problem

Hi and thanks in advance

Here are my 2 problems when i chack my reports

1. The order of my products are all mixed up is there a way to arrange them to show what items i want first?

2. The quantities of some of my products shows two time instad of giving out the total in 1

Hello jalvarez.
1. The report is ordered by quantity. Maybe we can improve it by ordering items with same quantity alpabetically.

2. I Couldn't understand this problem but while checking your screen shot I've noticed some product groups listed twice. That's why I'vre requested your backup. The reason of it is the blanks in group names. If you trim blanks from group names it will be oky. If your issue was different please let me know which items listed incorrectly in the report and what should be the correct value.
