Be able to sent orders to kitchen, although haven't choose a required selection

There a Force Modifier on my item (or a required selection, you may call) , I haven't choose a choice yet, but still I could send item to kitchen.
But.....
if I select the item (that has a force modifier), still, haven't choose any choice , then try to close it, I wouldn't be able to do it.

I've been playing with Samba all day. Very powerful POS software !

Navigate to:
Management > Products > Menu List > Double Click a Menu > Choose A category > Click Edit Product Properties.

You'll see a column Named "Auto Select" there. Enable it for desired products and save it. Now when you add one of these products in ticket it will display modifiers automatically without the need of additional click.

I think this is what you need.
