I have seen other systems that maintains a Debit/Credit system. I was wondering what, in your opinion, would be the best way to track the following scenario:
We have a farmer who supplies us with fresh milk that we use in the restaurant but also sell in the deli. Instead of exchanging money we want to give him credit to use in the deli/restaurant. Its more the tracking of this info that is important, I know we can ring it off as voucher or similar. but how much can he spend with us and how to I enter the amount that he supplied to us?
Any ideas?
