Kitchen Order Printer

Hi Guys

There seems to be a problem with the kitchen order printer. The kitchen printer prints both new orders and old orders which have already been submitted.

Is it just something I'm doing wrong?

Your Print Job for the Kitchen Orders needs to have Printing Content -> Only New Lines set.

The only options I have in v3.0.22 Beta for Printing Content is All Lines, Print Last Lines by Print Line Count, Last Paid Order, Individual Orders by Quantity and Separated Prints by Quantity?

OK. I didn't realise you were using V3 as you posted in the V2 part of the forum.

In V3 the content is handled by an Action called 'Print Orders to Kitchen Printer'. You need to set 'OrderStateName' to 'Status' and 'Order State' to 'New' to print only new orders.

Actions are located in Manage->Automation->Actions.

Thanks for the quick reply John. That's strange because the Execute print job already has those settings.

Looks like there may be a bug in the Order Status.
I get the same result, and if I change the Status to Submitted, then it will not print anything.

I just raised an issue for this.
