second... i find video run sambapos on i pad how do this?

Hello; For Arabic printout you should activate Arabic letters printing on your printer. Refer to hardware manual for the configuration. If your printer already can print Arabic letters navigate to Management > Printers > Ticket Printer screen and enter the change the code page setting as you need. You can get more information about code pages from this link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code_page . For example if your printer configured to OEM Arabic codepage you'll enter 720 to printer code page setting or 1256 if it configured for ANSI.

We use RDP clients for connecting IPAD, Android or similar tablet devices. On the sample video we used "Pocket Cloud" application for connecting server.
