Could it possibly be caused by incorrect format / encoding in resource file?

If you added the language code in supported languages list you should see it listed in Local Settings > UI Language. If you want I can check it. You can email the resource file to info@sambapos.org.

polymorpher:
I figured out what was wrong. I made my translation based on "CS" language file on Google Document, which only has 889 entries. The English resource file has 932 entries so some strings were missing.

polymorpher:
I will send you the translation once I have completed it and fixed all bugs.
