Reports by tickets
« on: October 03, 2012, 05:50:23 am »
Hello,

Is it possible to have a report of all the transaction of the work period by tickets (so you can have a list of all the ticket amounts etc)

Thankyou

Good, so it seems no more people wants that.
OK. I'm joking :)

Will anyone tell me how do you use the printed list of tickets?

Hi Emre thanks for the reply.

I would Just find it useful to see if there were any mistakes so i could match up the physical printouts with the reports at the end of the day. and to see if there were any extra orders taken by staff etc.

Thanks
Jamil

I usually told my cashier to print the invoice/receipt twice. One is given to the costumer, and one is kept by the cashier for reports.
Anyway, If the cashier forgot to print the invoice twice, she can easily access the pos screen, click close and find tickets. Select all ticket instead of the open ticket. refresh and wala, you have all tickets for the time range you select and you can print it again. How? I created a print job, give it a name and a label, make it available for POS and with the same template as invoice/receipt. Don't forget to assign the print job to a terminal. You can see the print button after you logout.
