Hello again.
I set up a price definition (BC) along with regular price.
I created a ticket tag called compliment.
I created an action (Change Price) that will change price tag to BC (Update Ticket Item Price Tag).
I created a rule that will execute Change Price whenever compliment is selected.
My expectation is that within a ticket, when compliment is selected every items purchased will be using BC price.
But it doesn't work. The regular price is still showing.
Any suggestion?
